  It seems every time I go to this Wal-Mart location I leave upset..yesterday after a huge mix up on their part & already standing there for 15 min. This blond girl said she was unable to tell me what my balance for my medication was until I came bk. Then after she realized she made yet another mistake she yells my balance right there out in the open for the world to hear..then decides to STOP helping me & go talk about me to another co worker about me..mind you I can hear all of it. So I'm left standing there another 10 min & the pharmacy manager swings by..after I complained she just gave me a blank stare & said "sorry" along with my pick up time info. I DONT KNOW WHO DOES THE HIERING AT THIS LOCATION.. but it sucks! I'm not sure if their way of justifying this crappy cusromer service is "oh well its just Wal-Mart. .can't expect too much anyway"..that's what it looks like.
