  The lack of customer service in this store is astounding! The man who claimed to be the manager Quentin was extremely rude , completely lacking in knowledge of the plans he claimed to have 2 months ago when I signed up to change phone companies. He was very much present in the store helping the girl sign me up with AT&T and claimed today when I had an issue with the excessive charges on my bill that he was not in the least involved. I left the store the day I signed up with an exact number for my bill from both him and the representative that helped me that day. I received a bill for 350$ more than the price I was told I would be paying, and he claimed he had nothing to do with it, and could not help me. When I asked him who his supervisor was, he stated that he was the supervisor. I then asked him if he was the store owner to which he replied no. I then asked for the store owners name and number, and was never given that information. I understand that this store is not owned by AT&T, and called customer service to fix the mistakes these people have made, as well as to report this location. I feel that the representatives for AT&T were extremely professional as well as concerned for my issues. They managed to fix all these mistakes that were made by a store that is privately owned that and extremely rude with no idea of customer service.
