  Preys on the elderly! Advised my 90 year old mom does not have the capacity to understand signing a 5 YEAR CONTRACT. I received a copy of her contract and it further proves my suspicion...there are electronic signatures AND an email address in my moms name! My mom knows NOTHING about email!! Fraud, at best, unethical. Called for assistance and to advise no payments would be forthcoming, i explained they are welcome to puck up their equipment. I was told a mechanical lien would be placed on her home! Anyone with a single good eye could see she isn't competent to understand what she signed. Mom receives at least 10 calls per day soliciting products/services. Elderly people are vulnerable and alarm companies (and others) are taking advantage of them. Buyer beware!

  I've had the system for a year and half now and I couldn't be more satisfied. With kids, there's nothing like the feeling of safety..They've always been quick to handle my services,unlike some companies. During install, they made sure I understood how to work everything before leaving and answered all of my questions. I would definitely refer this company!
